It will be reassuring to know that our in-house repair and service centres are here to help. We have a full-time team with qualified technicians in both Auckland and Christchurch for major repairs. We also have 16 regional service and parts centers for minor repairs and four support centers nationwide.
As you are purchasing from the authorized distributor, SkyTech and BROUAV will either repair under the manufacturer’s warranty or provide an after-sales service. Whatever repair is needed, our goal is to get you back into the air as soon as possible.

SkyTech stock a full range of accessories or add-ons to compliment or expand your operation. From a spare battery to a mapping drone, we have you covered.
Note: Lithium batteries can only be couriered by road. So we endeavor to have these spares in stock with each of our regional managers to allow prompt delivery.
Repair
No one likes to see a damaged drone. SkyTech has two major repair centres one in Auckland and one in Christchurch. In addition, each Area Manager is certified as a BroUAV technician for smaller repair jobs.
SkyTech also plans to stock rental drones should your repair job take a little too long. This allows you to continue with your business while we repair your equipment.
Parts
SkyTech stocks a full range of spare parts for all BROUAV drones.
Whether it be consumables like propellers or replacement arms, our Auckland and Christchurch parts centres can dispatch your part nationwide. Should the spare parts be “ground” transport only due to Dangerous Goods regulations, we will ensure our regional managers always have these items available.
Regular Maintenance
Like a car needing an oil change, your expensive drone needs regular servicing. Regular and preventative maintenance reduces the risk of an unexpected breakdown. Our regular drone health check up is highly recommended and is part of our NZCAA Part 102 certification. Most importantly with regular servicing, your assets will keep flying, and you can offer your customers an unsurpassed level of reliability.

Our Regional Managers will provide a speedy spare parts delivery service to our specialists and customers to ensure your drones are kept flying. Driven by our airline experience, our goal is to achieve the minimum AOG (aircraft on ground) time as possible. Our ethos is to move mountains to get each drone with our logo on it airborne as quickly and as safely as we can.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – Buying BROUAV products from unauthorised Sales Channels.
When purchasing BROUAV products, please consult BROUAV directly or our authorised dealers and stay clear of the “grey market”, a place at which a third party (individual or organisation) introduces and sells BROUAV products without having obtained authorisation from BROUAV. Not only may these products not meet local specifications or comply with local standards and regulations, which would pose potential risks for the end-user, but they may also not contain the right parts for your region.
When purchasing BROUAV products from unauthorized dealers, we are afraid you may not be able to receive qualified service and support from BROUAV or our authorized dealers. Without care and coverage offered by neither of the above, you may be at a great risk and even a loss for what to do when a faceless seller declines to rectify the problem with your product.
Furthermore, BROUAV highly recommends you purchase products from and only from local authorised dealers for your benefit. An authorised dealer shall be liable for the products sold, including but not limited to the coverage of after-sale services for the region authorised.
